No package, No refund |

I place an order online with Your Best Deals on 02/07/07 and they took my money the next day. About two weeks later I did not received my package. I send a E-mail to them and their respond out of stock. So I check their WEB site and look up my product code and show IN STOCK?. I don't understand the problem. They give me two choices and I decided that I want my REFUND. I send the 2nd note to them and no respond after two week. I send more note and no respond. This is very, very poor communications. I got no refund or package. BAD Deal...
